I never got what’s so great about DLC. I’m playing Mass Effect 2 right now and less than a month after it came out, there is already direct downloadable content from Bioware.
I don’t understand this. If you have new content less than 1 month after the release, why not just put it onto the disc? What’s even funnier is when the download won’t work! When I tried to look at the downloaded content on the Bioware site, first thing I saw was “this site is currently on BETA but you are welcome to take it foe a spin”. I knew right then I was going to have problem.
Ho and behold, I was right. I can’t download anything. Worse, I don’t even know why! I’m sure my username and password is correct but I can’t login and the site doesn’t even tell me why. So not only do you have DLC immediately after release, you have DLC from a site on BETA which doesn’t tell you what’s wrong when the download failed!

True, oh so true! Even when I manged to login to the site, it tell me "the redeem code has been used already". Ready? By who, because I sure as hell haven't used it! I've given up on it
