What A Waste

Okay, I have a question for everyone. However first I want to talk about that “materialistic” survey by the Singapore Management University (SMU).

A new research by the SMU compare students surveyed female students at SMU and at the Northen Illinois University in the United States on how materialistic they are. And to the surprise of no one, the survey showed that Singaporean women are "significantly" more materialistic than their American peers.

When I say “to the surprise of no one”, it really was “to the surprise of no one”! Most Singaporeans, including the psychology professor in charge of the study, agree with the findings of the survey. Even Singaporean women agreed with the survey!

Most women seem to accept the findings of the survey. The terms “realistic”, “practical”, and “financial stability” popped up a lot.

Which brings me to my question; why waste time and money on a survey for a question everyone knows the answer to?

Because there is nothing else better to do.
And it is not wasting anything because the Survey allowed those with nothing to do, to do something, including the writing of this article.
