Anyone who doubts that can just look at the latest figure that
came out from the Land Transport Authority (LTA). They report that Singaporeans
called in to them 1.36 million times last year. This means that someone is
calling LTA once every 24 seconds to complain about something on the transport
system in Singapore.
How the hell is that possible? One complain every 24 seconds
for the whole year? Even with the breakdowns on the MRT, that is a ridiculous
amount of calls. I don’t know how much the customer service operators of LTA
are been paid but whatever it is, they deserved a raise.

How do you know they are all calls from S'poreans?
We have over one Million foreigners in our midst.
Don't generalise, unless you have the figures to back up.
I hope this is similar to CBN's error in the statistical computation of drug abuser arrest :)
